# Ways to Give

**How to Give**

You can participate in the Faculty/Staff Community Campaign online via payroll deduction, credit card, debit card or e-check (ACH).



### ONLINE


To get started, visit [https://mcc.maryland.gov](https://mcc.maryland.gov/) and click the “Give Now” button. You will be redirected to the online giving portal for the Maryland Charity Campaign (MCC).

1. In order to login, you must set up your password. Please click Request Password and enter your UMD email address. You will receive an email with instructions for setting up your password. Once this process is complete, you will be able to login to make your gift.

Gifts can be made securely via payroll deduction\*, credit card\*\*, debit card or e-check (ACH)\*\*\*.

*<small class="inline">\*All payroll deductions are done post-tax deduction, meaning that your taxes are taken out of your paycheck before your donation is deducted.</small>*

*<small class="inline">\*\* All credit card donations will incur a per transaction fee of 3.5% collected by your card provider.</small>*

*<small class="inline">\*\*\* All ACH/eCheck donations will incur a per transaction fee of 0.8% (with a $5 cap) collected by your bank.</small>*
