Terps Who Move Us Forward

Across the University of Maryland, exceptional people make our work—and our community—stronger. These awards celebrate the colleagues and campus partners whose contributions help University Relations move Forward for all Terps.

Partner-in-Advancement

To celebrate those in the community who provide cross-campus support for University Relations, the division has launched the Partner-in-Advancement Award. The award recognizes individuals whose collaboration, leadership and commitment have advanced UMD’s mission through development, engagement, stewardship, alumni relations, data infrastructure and/or communications.

The annual UR Staff Awards recognize the people and teams who bring our mission, vision and values to life. These honors celebrate colleagues whose excellence, innovation, collaboration and commitment strengthen University Relations and help advance the University of Maryland.
