Our Process

We value your time and aim to make our recruitment process as transparent as possible. Here is an example of what you can expect after you apply. Please note that not every search follows the same interview process and this outline is subject to change.

  1. Application & Initial Review

Once the Best Consideration Date passes, our hiring committee reviews every application. We look for a blend of experience, skills, and a passion for University Relations.

  2. First Round: Getting to Know You

If your background aligns with our needs, we’ll invite you to a Zoom interview. This is a chance for us to learn about your professional journey and for you to learn more about the team and the role.

  3. Finalist Round: Deep Dive

Selected finalists will move on to a second interview. This may take place on-campus or via Zoom. You’ll meet with key stakeholders and dive deeper into the specific goals of the role, and the overall team and division culture.
