Below is a listing of web resources available to faculty and staff. As some of these resources reside on different networks, we are unable to provide a common login for all. We've provided information on which of your credentials to use below each resources's title. Please note that not everyone will have access to all resources. Please follow the information provided for further assistance. For questions or feedback, please use our ticketing system above.
The following resources use Directory ID.This is the same directory ID you use for your timesheet. Once you login to the portal (login above), you will access to these resources:

The University of Maryland College Park Foundation website provides information on the Board of Trustees, gift forms and related information. For questions regarding this resource please contact Cara Johnson at cjohns10@umd.edu
University of Maryland faculty and staff can use this system to request alumni, donor and fundraising related data located in the Advance/BSR database. As well, University Relations staff can submit hardware and e-mail support requests. Login via directory ID is required. For more information, including help with this system, please login to the system using your directory credentials as there are more directions and guidelines published there.
Please use the options to the left to submit your gift information. A detailed and quick user guide have been provided. Remember to send all gift backup information (checks, etc) to 4603 Calvert Road, College Park, MD 20740 or via campus mail. Checks can be left with Emily Nerret (3100 Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center. Please accompany that information with a gift tag that can be printed out under My Gifts. For further assistance please contact the Gift Acceptance office at (301) 955-1275 or (301) 955-1274.
Workflow engine to process gifts, pledges and financial transactions with an API to integrate data and processes over the cloud.
The Giving to Maryland site accepts online credit card gifts and pledge payments for funds managed by the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.
The Endowment Fund Report System is a new tool provided for Endowment Donors to allow them to see reports of their endowed funds.
Incoming Contribution System (ICS) is responsible for accepting and processing all gifts and contributions to the University of Maryland. It is managed by Gift Acceptance.
This is a listing of all University of Maryland endowments including state, system and college park foundation accounts. Listing also includes current market values on the endowments. Access is restricted to very few users. Please contact the Donor Relations Office for more information.
